We offer an extensive property management service to include regular property checks, welcome packages, arrival and departure cleaning and airport transfers. We can also help you open bank accounts, arrange car hire, and book tours and sight seeing trips. You choose the level of service you require.
For an annual membership fee of € 250 you get:-
- Monthly visual inspection of interior and exterior of your apartment.
- All rooms are aired.
- Electrical appliances are checked.
- All furniture is inspected.
- A security check is carried out.
- Payment of financial commitments such as water and electric bills can be made on your behalf if we are funded by you to do so.
After each inspection a report is compiled together with photographs and emailed to you.
Other services that you can choose to add to your membership for an additional cost include:-

Airport transfers.
- Apartment cleaning including the washing of linens and towels.
- Welcome packages to include water, bread, butter, cheese, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, wine and beer.
