Through his estate agency business , McIvor Homes, Liam will not only help you purchase a property at Whispering Sands, he will also help you set up bank accounts, pick and purchase furniture and household goods, arrange flights and airport transfers, arrange apartment cleaning and laundry, help you purchase tours and sightseeing trips, point you in the direction of good restaurants and places of interest, help arrange car hire, help to arrange your payment of annual property and council taxes, property insurance and monthly communal fees, and anything else (within reason) that is not on this list. (He will even come to your house-warming party!).
